The separation of the compression chambers on both sides of the rotor allows single-stage, two-stage or multi-stage compression with a single rotor. Silencers with integrated vacuum filter and vacuum safety valve (in patented design) can be supplied as an option. The length of the silencers can be varied so that they can be adapted to the mounting space available to them.
The frequency converter integrated in the VARIAIR unit significantly increases the performance of the side channel vacuum pumps. In this way, the vacuum pumps can be precisely adapted to the customer’s requirements.
