Design

DH compressors have far fewer moving parts than comparable machines, so the number of components that can fail is lower. Reduced speeds and bearing load compensation extend the life of the compression element and reduce operating costs.

Extremely low operating temperatures of around 60°C result in near-isothermal compression. This makes the use of an internal aftercooler unnecessary, with the consequent energy savings, and reduces the pressure drop to a minimum.

Compression loads are balanced to reduce bearing loads and improve reliability:

Proven reverse osmosis filtration technology provides high quality purified water to lubricate, seal and cool the compression process. The impregnation pump allows the necessary water to be reduced to a minimum.
