Advantages

  • 100% oil-free design.
  • High reliability.
  • Continuous operation, 100% duty cycle.
  • Low energy consumption.
  • Low vibration and sound levels.
  • Compact design.
  • Low maintenance due to fewer moving parts.

Design

  • An orbital (rotary) spiral and a fixed spiral box are combined to create the compression chambers.
  • The continuous movement of the orbital spiral displaces atmospheric air from the inlet to the center, compressing air in increasingly smaller areas.
  • The compressed air is directed to the central discharge port of the compressor.
  • Discharge pressure is achieved in several compression stages, producing a continuous suction and inlet discharge.
